If KickTools is unable to resolve any technical issues to the customer's satisfaction, a refund may be issued upon request.

Unauthorized Charges: Any unauthorized charges made to the customer's account should be reported to their payment processor for resolution. Refunds for unauthorized charges will be subject to the policies and procedures of the payment processor used for the transaction.
